Introduction to Bulk Texter Pro

Bulk Texter Pro sends texts by integrating with your existing phone number – whether that's on Google Voice, Android, iMessage, or one of the other supported texting platforms listed below.

How Bulk Texter Pro works​

  1. You upload a CSV (or spreadsheet / Excel file), or a contact list to Bulk Texter Pro.
  2. You customize the bulk texts to each individual recipient based on the fields in your contact list.
  3. Bulk Texter Pro sends each text using the texting platform of your choice.
  4. You can view a live status report as messages are sent, and view and download a status report after the batch of texts is completed.

Finding your way around​

Bulk Texter Pro walks you through sending a batch in four numbered steps, all on one page:

1 - Choose Settings​

Pick your texting platform, the delay between texts, and how multiple phone numbers per recipient are handled.

2 – Choose Recipients​

You have two options: either Type them in or Upload a CSV.

  • Type them in – quickest for a short list. One line per recipient, phone number then name:

    Numbers, Names
    (111) 222-3333, Steffanie
    (111) 222-3334, Jack

    A Message like this:

    Message
    Hi {name}, thanks for signing up!

    Would generate these texts:

    (111) 222-3333
    Hi Steffanie, thanks for signing up!
    (111) 222-3334
    Hi Jack, thanks for signing up!

  • Upload a CSV – best for longer lists, or when you want to personalize with more than just a name. Any column in your file becomes an insertable field:

    A Message like this:

    Message
    Hi {Student Name}, you got {Grade}% on your test!

    Would generate these texts:

    (111) 222-3333
    Hi Steffanie, you got 95% on your test!

    Hi Jack, you got 85% on your test!

3 – Draft Message​

Write your message, insert fields from your recipient list, and attach a photo.

4 – Preview & Send​

Check the texts that will go out, then send now or schedule for later.

Pending and History are buttons in the header at the top right. Your account, subscription, referral link, and app settings are all under the account menu, at the far right of the header.
